Two Locals Brewing is taking over The Terrace for a tasting and discussion!
Two Locals Brewing Company is set out to become Philadelphia’s first Black owned and operated craft brewery.
They aim to bring craft beer to the local community and beyond by developing delicious beers that people can enjoy with friends and family. What started as a fun hobby in homebrewing has turned into a full fledge business
venture run by two brothers, Richard and Mengistu Koilor, who are natives of West Philadelphia.
We'll be sampling two beers along with bites provided by our Chefs.
Prolific IPA (India Pale Ale)
We brewed this beer with a prolific amount of oats and wheat. Whirlpooled with a prolific amount of Simcoe and then DDH with Simcoe and Mosaic, this beer has big notes of mango nectar, guava, and pineapple.
Nubian Brown Ale
Brewed with a complex malt base, this beer has a beautiful brown complexion with aromas and flavors of fresh baked bread, roasted nuts, and medium roasted coffee, with a light touch of sweetness in the finish.
