Introduction.
Protecting the personally identifiable information that our members and prospective members furnish to us if of utmost importance to Offsite. Offsite takes precautions to maintain the privacy of the personally identifiable information it may collect in connection with its business operations. These precautions include the adoption of certain procedures designed to maintain and secure such personally identifiable information from inappropriate disclosure to third parties. Use of any personally identifiable information gathered from or about Offsite’s members and prospective members shall be governed by this Privacy Policy. Information Collected.
Offsite collects personally identifiable information pertaining to its current and prospective members which may include:
- Information from which your personal identity may be ascertained, such as name, employment/job title, billing and residential address, email address, telephone number, social security number, taxpayer identification number and driver’s license number.
- Financial account information, such as bank account or other financial account numbers, credit card and debit card numbers and related payment information.
- Information regarding assets, liabilities, creditworthiness, delinquencies, bankruptcies, judgments, civil litigation and regulatory and/or criminal violations.
- Information regarding income level.
- Information regarding business, professional or trade licenses or registrations.
- Other personally identifiable information pertaining to personal and business reputation and character.
- Video images (without sound) recorded and maintained in accordance with Offsite’s standard security procedures.
- Usernames, passwords, login credentials and user profile information created by users to access and use the Offsite computer network.
- Please note that Offsite, in the ordinary course of its business operations, DOES NOT collect personally identifiable health information from its members or prospective members.

Sources of Information Collected.
Offsite collects personally identifiable information directly from its members and prospective members in the ordinary course of its business operations via methods which may include:
- Membership, service or account requests or inquiries, including any information furnished by members or prospective members on membership application forms and/or membership agreements.
- Credit applications and other forms submitted in connection with membership or other applications.
- Documents submitted to Offsite by the member or prospective member to support any credit applications, or to assist Offsite in determining the terms and conditions of transactions.
- Information furnished by the member or prospective member during meetings, through telephone calls/voicemail messages or via email or letter correspondence.
- Member reviews of products or services.
- Recorded images (without sound) of members and their invitees captured and archived on Offsite’s security systems.
- Electronic storage and backup of information submitted by users on Offsite’s computer network to gain access to and use the network.
Offsite collects personally identifiable information regarding its members and prospective members from third parties in the ordinary course of its business operations via methods which may include:
- Requesting credit reports or information from credit reporting agencies.
- Inquiries to personal or business references that may be provided to Offsite by a member or prospective member.
- Dockets, files, reports and databases regarding pending or past bankruptcies, or pending or past civil or criminal litigation.
- Files, reports and databases containing information regarding assets and liabilities, including land records, judgment registries, UCC-1 filings and the like.
- Verifications of financial accounts or payment information.

Disclosure and Use of Information Collected.
Offsite does not disclose the personally identifiable information it collects from or about its current or prospective members to third parties, other than to its business affiliates, employees and agents, or except as permitted or required by law or by any membership agreement entered into between a member and Offsite or its affiliates (including this Privacy Policy). This may include disclosure of information to third party payment processors, as may be necessary to help complete a transaction with a member. Offsite also has the right to report member account information, including delinquencies or late payments, to reputable credit bureaus or similar information reporting agencies. Offsite will not sell, license or otherwise lease the personally identifiable information it collects from its members or prospective members to third party marketers, advertising firms, data brokers or the like. Offsite uses the information it collects in connection with its business operations and member relationships as described in this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Fact Sheet.

Restrictions On Access to Information Collected; Safeguards.
Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy and accompanying Fact Sheet, Offsite restricts access to the personally identifiable information of its current or prospective members to those of its affiliates, employees and agents, and third party lenders or payment processors, who need to know the information to enable Offsite and its affiliates to provide services to members, and to evaluate the creditworthiness of a current or prospective member. Offsite maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with industry standards to guard current and prospective members’ personally identifiable information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy and accompanying Fact Sheet may be changed from time to time. The date the Privacy Policy or Fact Sheet was last modified is set forth at the end of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to how we treat our members’ or prospective members’ personal information, we will notify you via an email sent to the email address specified in your membership application and/or through a notice on our website. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our website and reviewing this Privacy Policy and accompanying Fact Sheet to check for any changes.
